Really is a beautiful bike. There are some bikes that hit that zone where everything clicks, and that bike seems to be something you'd never expect. After thinking i hit it with panigale's and rsv4's and trying others along the way i realized i wanted to have that feeling with those bikes but it just wasn't there. Then i picked up a hypermotard 950 and found a feeling i never had

I just bought one of these a month ago and I'm loving it. My first naked bike after 13 years or riding only sport bikes. And now I'm kinda over sport bikes. I'm so done with being uncomfortable on a bike. But I still like to go fast from time to time. A sporty naked bike like this is the answer 🙂

I have a 2020 model, bought it 4 months ago either 7,000kms on the clock. Not many come up for sale. Between the Monster and the Streetfighter I prefer the look and feel of the Monster

Trouble with my Ducati monster is the back brake doesn’t work I’ve had 3 mechanics look at it and none of them have been able to fix it

@malcolmpritchard4882 there’s a recall on the Ducati monster rear brake I had to get mine changed as well. I’m surprised your local dealer hasn’t told you that

I had that bike, a 2018 1200S in red with the termi exhaust etc. It was a sweet looking machine and super fun to ride, but the seat was so uncomfortable (ball crusher), that I had to sell it. I think it is strange that you found it so comfortable. 6'2" for the record.

I think overall people are attracted to the panigale more than the monster. But the monster still does get attention

I often used to kick myself for being in the sport bike camp when I was young. Cramped, back breaking, buzzy, torture machines you could only squeeze a small % of their performance out on the street before you were riding like an idiot. After I got a monster, I realized I had wasted years of my life previously. I should have always had a monster to begin with. It works for 99% of what you need a bike for in daily use. And you can squeeze a huge amount from the bike before it starts to get stupid, whilst not looking like some wannabe racer humping a turtle on it.
