Great Review. But still feel for Tarmac touring nothing matches the Ninja 1000sx ( 5 lakhs cheaper) , no skyhook but better in every other aspect.

The biggest problem with the ninja is horrible ground clearance. With luggage you are going to seriously scrape the exhaust

@@brendonfernandes2877 Kawasaki has tested it already and to avoid it doesn't recommend the panniers along with top box( like in versys 1000). With twin panniers and pillion the 1000 SX works out fine .

@@borkarms It has got 130mm of ground clearance. That's the same as my Z650 and that touches bad speedbreakers without a pillion.

@@brendonfernandes2877 The ground clearance is just one aspect, scraping also depends on how the suspension is tuned , how harsh or soft it is, 1000Sx has advanced fully adjustable SHOWA shocks which ensure that the bike does not bottom up in pot holes or speed breakers under full load conditions. Anyway , is it a big deal to slow down the bike for speedbreakers when otherwise it can go like a missile...

@@borkarms Ground clearance is a major issue with this bike. Not sure why you are trying to downplay the issue. People did the same with the Z650 and they tried to convince me it was a non issue but I faced a lot of problems before I was forced to change the silencer to an illegal one. So now I face issues with cops. I will always warn people about buying low ground clearance bikes in India unless they really know what they are doing.
