Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak Euro 5 Remapping Development | BHP UK Custom ECU Remapping

We've completed the development of our remapping for the Gran Tourismo engine powering the new Multistrada V4. Remapping this engine will absolutely transform the bike.
You managed a gain of 5 bhp at max power but the real gains are the incredible improvements at low RPMs and partial throttle openings. After a remap the Multistrada V4 becomes even more of a pleasure to ride and will deliver its power in a linear and progressive way.

A must if you purchased the Pikes Peak you wanted max HP performance! I knew there was more power to be had! can't wait to implement this !!..checking with the gods of Ducati warranty to make sure my warranty will not be voided. and i'm there.. otherwise wait till it falls out of warranty. Not sure if there will be a more accurate map for the Full Acro-racing exhaust,,, but that will be what i need... maybe a free flowing air filter may be necessary to get the most from the tune.

BHP is legit! My 2022 PP is a great bike but the fueling to comply with Euro 5 standards made it less than smooth especially at partial throttle openings. For example riding In a school zone, 20mph, in second gear and it was so herky jerky. In traffic with partial throttle in third or fourth around 6-7k rpm just stumbled a lot. I also would experience the odd engine shutdown if I was slowing down to a stop and closed the throttle and pulled in the clutch, applied the brakes all the revs would drop off to nothing and the engine would quit! So annoying, took it to the dealer multiple times and they'd update the ECU but the problem never went away. Enter BHP UK, their decat pipe and ECU remap and presto! All of the above issues have disappeared. My bike runs so so smooth now in any gear at any throttle position. Twist the throttle now and it just goes and never stops pulling. It's literally a night and day difference. And the sound is dope! Thanks BHP for everything you do!

Excellent job. I have been waiting for this. Unfortunately I purchased the full exhaust a few weeks ago from Ducati and I am awaiting delivery which includes a new mapping. I am not sure if you have mapping for the full exhaust V4 Pikes Peak too that may be better than the map that comes with the full exhaust. In addition, I have the tool and connector from another company and was wondering if it would work with your mapping.

I've just fitted the full Akroprovic and ducati up map . Feels a lot more alive . I can't see it being these figures though. Been nice to off seem what it made with the full Akroprovic 😌

could one expect similar results on a stock US bike? I'd love to decat the bike at some point, but I know stock maps are usually crap and would like to focus on the tuning first.

interesting stuff i was wondering when are you going to get your hands on an MS RS and if you can get the panigale v4 numbers out of it. I thought it was underwhelming that it only got a toned down desmo engine tbh

We have it on order so as soon as it lands we'll start development. SF figures MAY be possible but from what we know it will need some hardware modifications. So I have added the full Akrapovic exhaust system with the included mapping to my Pikes Peak. I can still feel much limiting in first two gears especially. Have you figured out how to map over the factory race pipe/map? I tried this with BrennTune and the bikes threw traction/wheel control codes. We tried again with two other retry maps not fixing it. I went back to stock. However, dealer had to retrieve maps from Ducati to restore race map and get all the ECUs happy again.

Consumption can be improved a little with a remap. However the biggest factor in fuel consumption is your right hand. On our Pikes Peak we get anywhere between 110 and 180 miles on a tankful of fuel. Hope to see you soon!
