Der Name Supersport ist in dem Fall schon übertrieben. Schönes Motorrad aber für knappe 1000ccm echt wenig Leistung.

Dass der Name Supersport vielleicht etwas irreführend ist, wusste ich schon vor dem Kauf. Offiziell wird sie von Ducati als Sporttourer angesehen. Der Motor ist aber als V2 mit 937 ccm keineswegs schwachbrüstig, genau richtig für die Landstraße.Meine Honda CB 1000 R dreht als 998 ccm 4 Zylinder etwas höher, ist aber bei exakt der gleichen Geschwindigkeit abgeregelt ( Tacho beide 249 km/h) das reicht absolut, alles andere ist nur am Stammtisch interessant😜

My 2021 Z900 accelerates faster and has more top speed. althoug its 30kg heavier and a naked bike. Little dissapointing from Ducati.

Kawa Z 900: 212 kg was tested at almost 250 km/h. Where is the Z900 30 kg heavier and much faster? Ducati specifies the dry weight.

The Z900 is only 4 lbs heavier curb weight, roughly 1.8kg, idk where you pulled the 30kg from. Those are ready to ride curb weight specs. The Z900 also has more power, 125 hp and 73 ft lbs of torque to the Supersports 110 hp and 69 ft lbs of torque. The z900 also has an i4 which will pull harder in a rolling start. The Supersport is a sport touring bike that leans more towards sport, with the monster engine in it. It also has fit and finish beyond what a Kawasaki does. You also doing see SS950’s every day, you do see z900’s very frequently…

Spreadsheet warriors will never be able to measure "emozione" 🤌... also, they routinely leave out things like: wheel base length, distance to ground from center of gravity, quick shifter RPM ranges... anything outside of basic drag racing specs.
