Sadie is a Christian raised in a Christian home and loved so much by her family.....I am convinced she will honor her Father's wishes as to her wardrobe and her parents both for the Bible training she has gotten from them but most of all she will honor Jesus in her life....we grandma's want to see our grandchildren make all the right decisions like we did ( NOT )....if she never makes a mistake,...she will not be human...I am a Christian and have been since I was 11 years old and I am now 72....I was so proud of Sadie last night and she will be one of the greatest examples ever as to how young ladies should present themselves as a child of God !! Only she and God knows her heart's desires.....wouldn't we all be so happy to know that she has started a trend that will open the eyes of all young ladies that you can be a Christian and still be beautiful and have fun.

Not only is it important for the dress to be "daddy-aproved", but it is SO important for one to feel comfortable in a dress. When I was searching for a prom dress this last may, it was such a horrible experience. I actually had to have a person to sow a dress for me. Reason being that the dresses showed much more skin that I would ever like. I like dressing in a modest and classy fashion and mot show cleavage and a lot of back. That is why I was so exited to see that someone like Sadie Robertson was helping design dresses. We need classy and modest girls like her in this society.❤️

Still not enough material in my opinion. As a boy, it wasn't just about seeing legs, it was about the upper body as well. As a father, a blanket wrapped around 3 times, going from shoulders to floor, is just about right. Keep the neckline short, not much past the bottom of the throat, and the hemline long, like past the knees by 4-6 inches kind of long. Bearing shoulders is fine but not down to the bust. So, her dresses are still not approved by this daddy, but in the end, it is her dad that must approve and apparently he does.
