Love is in the air as Uncle Si and the boys give insight into their married lives. Si can’t believe how young these two soon-to-be-married couples seem, especially since one of them is Jay Stone’s daughter. Jay reveals how his daughter’s boyfriend asked for her hand in a deer stand and Si recalls how he used to strike fear into the hearts of his daughter’s boyfriends. John-David and Martin are shocked and amused at how Si’s teeth got to be in the state they’re in and Si pays his respects to the late Toby Keith.

This is our 25th Wedding Anniversary this year, we have 2 beautiful daughters and our oldest is 21 and getting married next year. Her boyfriend came and asked me while I was cleaning my gun and he gave me this oh no look, lol He is a good kid and works hard as well as my daughter. My youngest is 14 and loves animals and hunting, both of my girls have a big heart for God and it makes me so proud to be their dad. I am also taking my youngest to the Sportsman camp for her first time, I think she will love it and want to learn all she can and hear about God. Bless you all and love the podcast, seen everyone of them.

Vouching for Si here. Brushing teeth with baking soda & salt was a thing when I was young...long before toothpaste with baking soda. Both things are abrasive & you can indeed brush too aggressively, aggravating recession. Smoking also destroys teeth. Jay, I'm glad your daughter found a good man. Blessings! Jackie in upstate NY

The story reminds me of a story that happened in Russellville Arkansas truck stop. A guy got out of a truck in bib overalls and pink cowboy boots. Someone on the CB said why would he where pink boots? He was 6ft6inc 300 I said be cause he can go say something to him lol😂

Mamma bear here🙋‍♀️. I went straight into mamma bear mode at the grocery store the other day. A big ol guy swung his cart around 180 hard as can be where you get your carts and about whipped my 40lb 6 year old daughter into a wall. Thankfully I already had her hand and ripped her to me and he still hit her. If I hadn't moved her he would have sent her flying. When I said something to him about being careful in such a crowded store he was incredibly rude, put his hand in my face and told me "go get a starbies and calm down!" Let me tell you....this momma doesn't drink "starbies" and I will not calm down when someone about takes out one of my littles by being careless.

I agree with Johnny d about this mythical “Big O” character Si talks about. I’d love to know what his actual dimensions were. I know they talk about how huge of a man Burly is and he was only 6’2”, 200lbs in college according to Soonerstats, not exactly Andre the giant.

I grew up, and I would still consider myself pentecostal but we'd never just wear skirts..maybe they weren't as strict with us? everyone would get haircuts, we'd wear jeans etc.

Hey guys just a FYI about the halftime performance of the super bowl. Five million wasn't even close to what it cost for the halftime performance. Because of one sole reason. THere wasn't any of the performers Including Reba, Post Malone, Aandrea Day and Usher that got paid. The super bowl halftime performers ALWAYS agree to do the performance for FREE!!! Thats right FREE!!!!

You guys need to show Derek Carr the respect he deserves. Through out his career he has used his platform as a professional athlete to bring countless people to Jesus. He has been a light in the darkness that is the NFL. Which is far more important than winning some scripted fools-ball games… On the other hand you’re praising celebrities like Usher and Taylor Swift? For what? Have you seen Taylor Swifts music videos or concerts? Glorifying witchcraft, Mocking Christian’s, performing on stages full of giant snakes and lots of other overtly demonic symbolisms. Then there is Usher humping the air and lip singing half naked on rollers skates in a halftime show that went out of its way to show everyone watching exactly who they have sold their souls too…The evil one.
