It makes me sad that someone would go out of their way to comment that they don’t trust Rucker. I personally love when Rucker comes on because he is an amazing example of what Jesus can do. I have come across many Ruckers along my journey and they are very trustworthy. Rucker does a lot for his community and he is a great example for those struggling with addiction, gang life etc. I’m grateful for him! Don’t judge a book by its cover and open your heart.

I am DYING at Martin saying, "Entrapreneur, if you will," about Ruckers grandma. 😂 Also at him saying, "Some things are better off back there..." 😂 Honestly, there isn't a person on this podcast that I DON'T love listening to. I like everyone on here. I look forward to new uploads twice a week! Thank you for sharing your lives and the love of Jesus with us! ❤

God Bless you guys! I watch daily 🙂 yes 🙌🏼 Bryan HAS to become part of the podcast! He’s awesome, relatable and so authentic! I love his testimony and I think it’s so awesome that he’s helping others who have been where he was. The Lord says to strengthen ourselves to strengthen others. He’s literally doing just that and it’s so encouraging! Happy New Years and God bless! Me and my kids have been watching since day one, my teenage daughter is currently reading Si Cology for the second time lol

So far this is my favorite of these podcasts. I've recently gave my life back to Christ after 19 years of being backslid and addicted to drugs and alcohol and all the other wicked things that the world has to offer. But glory be to God that his love and mercy and grace was upon my life through all that. Jesus came to my hearts door in a jail cell 6 months ago. These last 6 months somewhat seem longer than the previous 19 years. So thankful for the Lord and his mercy on my life. Thank you Jesus. God bless y'all brothers at Duck Commander. Love y'all.

I went by a totally different last name from the 5th grade to my Senior Year. I lived in a rural county in Alabama, had a step father that was well known. When we went to register they saw my mother and assumed they knew most of the answers so they filled in the blanks without asking. My mother didn’t have a copy of my birth certificate and said she would bring it, which never happened. Jump forward to Sr year when I joined the army and went to get a background check and there you have it

My step dad was Oklahoma Cherokee from back in the day, they didnt have official records when he was born... as far as I remember he never was totally sure what day he was born. He got an "official" birthday tho when he went to work for the of Oklahoma and was basically told to choose one...he decided on a lovely November day because employees got their birthdays off and that was deer hunting season 😂

My mom "forgot" how to spell my middle name. For the first 16 years of my life I gave the inccorrect spelling of my middle name to everyone - the school, doctors, dentists etc. It was off by 3 letters! Not just one itty bitty typo! She also lost my birth certificate and we had to request it from the state when I wanted to get my driver licence. How does the woman who birthed you and picked out your name then forget your name and lose your birth certificate?!!! 😄 Of course we were like a litter, 5 kids by 4 men so I guess I can cut her some slack. There was probably a lot of things she wanted to forget.

Rucker!!! I know the name well. Tell Brian Rucker to check out the Historical Rucker society of Virginia for Rucker history and genealogy. Almost every American Rucker descends from Peter Rucker who came here on a French Huguenot ship, but it appeared as though he himself was not a Huguenot nor French. Rucker's are German but as time went on they spread into France and other areas. Once here in what would become known as the USA, Peter Rucker and his wife had many kids. His wife's ancestors were of nobility. They spread like wildfire and off they went. The Ruckers are one of the oldest American names. They are the most common of the royal blood line names left over and still left around scattered here and there especially in the heart of Appalacia such as West Virginia, South Eastern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee, etc.

Most people who’ve been told they have Native American ancestry do not. It’s is a very common oral myth that is handed down through families. Many folks, like Si, were told their great-great grandparent was full Cherokee, or some variation of that. DNA doesn’t lie and is the only real way to know.
