I rewatched that episode a few weeks ago & the difference in Jay Stone & in Zach surprised me. I 'thought' I'd read that everybody shaved their beards prior to the annual family beach vacation, then let it regrow in time for filming. Perhaps that was something you shoulda looked into JD. Part of eating healthy and losing weight is portion control. Eating smaller portions four to five times a day. However, many times you eat a day. Mabe, you need to accept the point your eating way too much that's why you're to the point where you have to eat healthier.
