Best duck blind breakfast - Coleman propane stove , Black Iron skillet . Grand biscuits, deer sausage , with Tabasco pepper jelly all with some Community dark roast coffee
@cadeclark4 жыл бұрын
That brings back memories of my grandad in the blind, he’d always use that propane stove so get some deer sausage going. Along with that smell of coffee at 4 in the morning.

Love showing the recipes. Duck wraps are my favorite. I’ve tried the fajitas before but I like how this was done. I’m gonna havta try it again. We started taking a little griddle this year. Sausage, eggs and biscuits
@PhillipMicah4 жыл бұрын
No duck hunting for me but we always eat good at our deer camp. Last year we did a full brisket, fried oysters, fried fish, steak, cabbage rolls with conecuh sausage, honey bourbon chicken, chili, plus plenty of sweets and snacks. Mix all of that in with the holidays and football season and I always gain about 20 pounds over the course of 2 months.

I've neva been in a Duck Blind?!! So idk what I'd make... But Martin your cooking looks delicious mmm mmm!!!!
@NativeWarrior883 жыл бұрын
My favorite duck/deer blind snacks are Duck/Deer medallions. I do all the prep the night before. You cut up and marinade your duck/deer in whatever you want. Pack it up, set it aside. Make you some egg wash(beaten egg mixed with a little milk or buttermilk), pack that up and bring it with you. Then mix a little flour with some seasoning of your choice(I like Head Country) and pack that up and bring it. Once you get in the duck blind, take your meat, dip it in the egg, then dip it in the flour and then egg and flour it again. I cook mine on a Coleman gas stove in a cast iron skillet with some peanut oil in it. I like to dip 'em in Head Country barbecue sauce or Red Eye Gravy! I hope y'all try it and enjoy it!

Haven't gone through all the comments, but if its already been stated..im sorry.. **Quick tip** Cut the top and bottom off of the bell pepper, and then a vertical slice, so it lays flat.. Then just skim the inside of the pepper with your knife and get all the insides out... The jalapenos, just quickly rub between your hands for maybe 10 seconds and that will release the seeds and whatever else is in there.. Hope I'm not repeating these little tips, and if so, I apologize. But GOOOOOOOOODNIGHT, those look amazing!! :)
