Don't ever change your mind. Trust me. I realize I'm just a person on the internet, but do you know why those shows get ratings? They cause drama, they spark controversy, and they tear families apart for fun. People don't watch reality TV to see happy people being happy, they watch so they can get a dose of schadenfreude. Don't let a company ruin your life by putting you on camera.

I have never really been a KZbin watcher...until your "Coolest Sound Ever" video went viral. I was hooked after that! I've been watching regularly and LOVE living vicariously through you. Alaska is fascinating to me! We moved to the Appalachian mountains in North Carolina (we decided in December, moved in January) for a new adventure. But we've been pretty gypsy like for a while - getting the itch for something new and going for it. We love mountain life...and Alaska might be our next adventure (not right away, we're still enjoying this adventure). In the meantime, I'll enjoy Alaska life through your videos. Thank you!!!

I really like your daily vlogs and if you stopped making them and became a tv star, I don't know what I would do... Oh and by the way, it might sound crazy, but you and Kristen should get married! As Houston residents planning on moving to Alaska my husband and I have greatly enjoyed you sharing your experience with the world. Its a handy tool, along side the significant (OCD leveled) amount of research Iv done, in helping us see what we can expect and experience. I would have supported your efforts if you had decided to go to TV (even though I hardly watch tv anymore) but I am thankful youre staying here with your faithful fan base. Personally, so glad you turned down the offers for now. In my opinion (and I realise this won't be a universal opinion) is that a reality show would just wreck everything you've ever worked for to get to this point. I think it would make everything feel so impersonal....again, just my opinion! I like your thoughts on the physical letters being there even if all the digital stuff disappears. While I shoot film mainly for the aesthetics and loving the process, I also feel secure knowing my photographs are physically there on my negatives. I've got those for life and that's special to me.
