Love you guys.....isn't it amazing how life can seem banal ...year after year in LA, and then BAM....your life takes a huge left turn....seemingly like a loss, but then you meet Kristin, fall in love and move to Alaska! Amazing how life can unfold itself when we're not looking! I met and married my husband within one day of meeting him. My life really took a crazy turn...and boy was I happy to have made that crazy turn...i've been happily married to the love of my life for 34 years, yay! I pray for the same for you two. :)

i teared up when you started to say how happy you were because its easy to see you are, Im so happy you found it!! Love you Cory. And when you were talking about kids like a boy a boy a girl. That what my mum felt like when she had me. They told her it was a girl and she didnt believe them at first. it was back in the 80s.

I am so happy the both of you are finally moved into your new home. I hope the cats and dog love the place as much as you 2 seem to love it. You can plant a small plot of land and the doggy can go potty on that top of the roof porch. We used to do it. make sure you put plastic on the bottom just make alike a 2-3 inches deep. And a couple feet long like maybe 3x2 then clean it time he uses it. if ya want plant fresh grass on a second one. So he can't run away or get eaten by a bear or whatever. It is big enough the dog case run around and play catch. and put up a fence on the lower part that wont let the ball go through it. Kinda like a mesh, then dog can come and go as she pleases.

I think those store entrance and exit sign stickers are generic for all the Lowe's in the entire country. I think the animals love it there as well! You have such beautiful scenery around you house!

Just a note, that looks like a baseboard heater in the area where you've got the old wheelchair. Make sure nothing sits too close to it if those turn on in the winter. We had those at the old house when I was a little kid, they WILL burn stuff if you put it too close. Not sure how you're heating is set up or if you've ever dealt with those things before, so figured I'd toss out the warning in case nobody else had yet.

When I was really young I moved from Illinois to the beautiful British Columbia and I still never get used to seeing the mountains every day. It's quite a sight to see my dad just gawk at the sights we have here.. It's an amazing experience, especially for someone who isn't used to it. I had to drag my dad from going on every mountain and down every path we have here hahaha :P It's amazing and I would never ever move away no matter what, so I absolutely get the exhilarating feeling you're getting :)

Cory, I know you have owned a lot of expensive cameras in your day but I assume maybe you sold them? If not you should try to do a timelapse on your deck of the sky, 8 hours overnight would look amazing I am sure. Your vlog camera can not do it any justice.

yes go make the ramp during the summer time so you can shape it. ramp it so that you fly off the hill through the sliding glass door and land on the couch as Kirsten holds a dinner plate you grab in mid air flight heading for a nice soft landing on the couch. As a bonus you could try opening the sliding door first.
