Can you elaborate more on blocking and deflecting attacks on console?

I've made a serious mistake by not mentioning this in my videos properly. When you see me block with my saber when its idle(not moving), this can only be done on PC servers running the JA+ mod. Base JA and console cannot idle block. You can still parry and deflect attacks if you hit them mid swing on base/console. Don't feel too bad about not being able to idle block. Its not something you should rely on anyway, movement and footwork are vastly superior to using idle blocking. Its always better to avoid attacks altogether by moving then trying to parry/block them. Just remember your saber will block/parry/deflect saber swings as long as it: A. Physically collides with the saber mid-swing B. Is of equal or greater "power" then the swing its deflecting(Red attacks will beat blue attacks, for example) So you can use swings defensively and offensively at the same time. Sometimes its beneficial to wiggle your saber or turn your camera so your saber will collide with an oncoming attack. You should still focus on footwork and movement over this though, they are what will make your attacks land and your opponents miss.
