In this video I’ll show you how to make the paper cartridges used in eighteenth century military muskets. Then I’ll give an extended firing demonstration using a reproduction of a .69 caliber, 1766 Charleville musket. This gun was built by Pietta in Italy and it was imported into the USA by Taylor’s & Company of Winchester, Virginia.
