J'adore la sauce Dugléré, délicieuse avec des filets de sole, mais aussi possible avec d'autres filets de poisson.

Françoise PERLAUX salut et merci pour la question. je crois que c'est possible avec une gamme de poissons blancs plats et ronds. exemples, morue, aiglefin, lotte, merlu, plie, etc.
