There is no sprung mass…. It has no added weight and just a free wheel to test for powerchart and not for real world top speed which is subjected to all other real world obstacles like sprung mass of the rider and road conditions, angle of the road inclination and elevation, and the wind supplied in dyno is only to supply sufficient air to the air filter… 🤷‍♂️🤝🙏

This video is not recorded with indian KTM 390. When bikes come to India, as per RTO guidelines minor tweaks are made to suppress the performance a little bit, so Indian version of 390 will not perform like this one

Speedo indicated can be any high number as you say, but real world there always speedo errors that changes depending on the road conditions like road elevation or inclination then rider weight and the amount of throttle input 🤝🤝
