Henry is literally an energy sucking "vampire". However, he only takes a little at a time from each member (unless in a fight), so they don't usually feel any energy living them. Unlike other energy suckers who usually leave the victims exhausted, or worse, dead. He needs others living energy, but he knows how to take only what he needs and not affect the others in any negative way.

I think it has to do with proximity. He drains more when they are closer to him, but while they are in different rooms the amount he takes is so small they don't notice. I don't think he has a choice in the matter.

BTW the name of Henry's magic is Recombination magic where he can basically reshape any object but mainly The Black Bulls base. His full name is Henry LEGOlant. P.S. Henry in certain languages means "House Lord" or 'House Ruler". Tabata is the best with naming his characters.

Most of the names of everyone has connection to their powers and personality. For example, Yami means "Dark" Mimosa is some kind of flower which means "Ray of sunshine". Gauche means "crude" Henry means "House Lord" and many more names who are connected to their powers and personality

@19:25 I don't think it's a matter of how many cloaks he has on him. Yami seems to have very tactically selected everyone he's given one to, and thus was already prepared with a cloak for them. Think about all of the ones he's given out: - He wasn't prepared for Asta, and didn't expect to meet someone like him, so, Asta got his cloak later. - He stayed and listened to Henry's life story - even with how slow Henry talks, and how impatient Yami can be virtually all of the time. - He searched out two other characters to recruit them and had their robes on hand. - He planned on inviting Secre when they went to rescue Secre and Asta during the trial. There's no way he didn't learn about Henry before he got there - I'm very sure he knew, and planned it all out, like most of the rest of the Black Bulls. BEST thing about this is how quickly the Black Bulls accepted him, including slowing down their "Black Bulls GO!" chant to match Henry's slow word pacing.
