1200 calories is perfectly healthy for a speedy weight loss. Y’all have to remember she’s under 5ft (I believe 4’10”) and shes most likely around 120lbs so keeping her calorie intake at 1100-1200 calories makes sense.

I think the words are motivated. Self control. Self discipline. Determined. 1200 seems pretty low. Maybe 1400? Remember to eat lots of protein ! It keeps you full longer(: I count calories too but I have to remember not to build a bad relationship with food. I sometimes have a hard time enjoying foods because I know how many calories I am eating.

I’ve been trying to get my body back after I had my LO. You’re inspiring and I really need to start eating better. I’ve been working out 6 days a week but my diet needs to be a lot better. Need to be more consistent with my diet! Keep up the good work Dulce you’re doing great!

I know every body is different, but personally I think I keep my stomach completely flat by the amount of water I drink ( About a gallon of water a day, I’m 5’7”) and also cortisol (stress hormone) reducing organic supplements like Ashwaganha. If I don’t drink my normal amount of water, I feel less energetic and also have more “bloating” in my stomach. I think some women’s bodies just need more water than others, for no specific reason! You might be one of us! 💕 I’ve been watching you since you lived in Texas with the natural hair btw haha. 😁

your stomach will likely never be completely flat. your uterus bulges after child birth and for some women, even before childbirth. so expecting a completely flat and toned stomach should not be a goal, imo it is an unhealthy mindset to be in. however, if you are feeling better eating that clean, that’s great! just listen to your body, focus on how you feel rather than how you look.

Hey Dulce! Are you finding your milk supply is decreasing now that you’re counting calories? I’m still breastfeeding and I find that when I eat less calories my milk supply decreases so it’s been hard to lose the weight. Meal prepping also helps a lot 😀

Have you checked to see if you have Diastases recti, that will make it seem as tho you can’t Loose your tummy area but you may have AB separation so you may need to heal that with DR exercises . I was the same after my 3rd I had a five finger gap . The faJa helped.

Dear Dulce you are doing great and also a small suggestions for drinking lime water in morning that if the water is warm it works great... I wonder if you have heard about stomach vacuum and kapalbhati yoga for reducing belly fat and toning the belly. I am sure that you will do your own research before incorporating these in your workout routine.

When my baby was an infant her nutritionist said feed solids before giving them milk so that they eat more solids. Just a tip.

Girl I have been watching you for what feels like 100 years. You’re doing amazing. I just want to say, check out Macros Inc if you want to lose weight. It’s just a site that helps you count your macros. I’ve seen it change a ton of lives. The FB is sooo inspiring. Haven’t gotten myself committed just yet but it’s not limiting AT ALL.

Hello Dulce, the body of a woman only goes 'back to normal' after 9 months of birth. You are still recovering, take it easy to your body 💜💜 even more if you are still breastfeeding
