My biggest tip is sizing up in underwear before your current size start to feel small. For me, feeling my underwear get tighter around my stomach was a HUGE trigger. Also, using thought diffusion with my intrusive body thoughts: “I’m having X thought about my body” or “I NOTICE I’m having X thought about my body”. Separating myself from my ED thoughts has been a huge shift because I can counter them or accept them and give myself compassion. Hope that helps someone!

Thank you so much for this, I'm really struggling with accepting weight gain right now, and when i tell you i was shocked when i heard you explain your awareness of your body and how it felt. I had never heard anyone explain it in the exact same way as me and it felt good to not feel alone in that struggle.

Thanks for this video! I'm a teenager and i am skinny (not so skinny but yeah) but I feel so fat! I always look into a mirror when i walk by and look at my belly. I also compare myself always with people from school and everywhere. I just lost my happyness and I'm sick of feeling like that!!!!! I just wanna love myself and my Body! When I think of gaining weight I'm really afraid and I don't know what to do against it. But yeah I quess that's life... ❤️

you will have to eat at your maintance once you are on the healthy weight range. Make sure to eat whole foods and focus on protein, work on portion control and daily exercise x
