Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Onions fried 3 medium
Kashmiri Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to your taste
Cashews(kaju) 12 pieces
Almonds(badam) 12 pieces
Charoli(chironji) 2 tbsp
Curd 250 grams
Juice of 1 lemon
Saffron milk - milk 1/2 cup + Saffron strands 1/4 tsp
Coriander & mint leaves few
Green chillies 4
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Whole Garam masala - cinnamon 2 sticks, cardamom 3, shahi zeera 1 tsp, kabab chini 1/4 tsp, cloves 4.
Ghee 1/2 cup
Charcoal 1 piece
