This video is a walk trough of Dumaguete City, particularly in the downtown area.
Dumaguete is the Capital City of Negros Oriental. Tricycle or pedicab is the main source of transportation around the city. Dumaguete is also dubbed as the Motorcycle Capital of the Phillippines. Also present in the city is the historical Belfry Tower which on the record the oldest Bell Tower in the Visayas as it stood in Dumaguete for over 200 years.
Dumaguete is the gateway to the many tourist spot attractions around Negros Oriental.

I wonder WHY a lot of Foreigners prefer to stay 4 good in Dumaguete rather than other provincial cities. My Guess is that PRICES thereat might be cheap, fair N reasonable.

I guess big factor is the place itself. Though dumaguete is small compared to other cities, you can almost have what you wanted here. Plus it is less polluted and less chaotic.
