I like how you say something like "come on!" when you're doing the exercises. They were multiple times during this workout were I was like "i can't do more reps" and you were like "one more one more!" and that helped a lot hahaha. See ya next week when I will do this workout again

Great! I also notice I have to decrease my weights every time I do lateral raises since my arms get really shaky Also, I had to do the the last two sets of shoulder press while sitting straight down in a workout bench. Would that also be an ok alternative to the standing shoulder press?
