Perfect workout for a lunch break , no way I would get this pump at gym on my own . Your channel is like having a personal trainer .

My 73 year old body always enjoys this push routine. 💪. It’s also a joy to workout with someone who has such a wonderful upbeat attitude.👍

I like how you say something like "come on!" when you're doing the exercises. They were multiple times during this workout were I was like "i can't do more reps" and you were like "one more one more!" and that helped a lot hahaha. See ya next week when I will do this workout again

It is dark out and they have us locked out of the gyms here in Washington state. Your workouts have been that ray of light that I really needed to keep me going. Thank you so much for what you do!

Great! I also notice I have to decrease my weights every time I do lateral raises since my arms get really shaky Also, I had to do the the last two sets of shoulder press while sitting straight down in a workout bench. Would that also be an ok alternative to the standing shoulder press?
