For those who want to really step on it do both day 2 HITT workouts. This dumbbells and bands also. Good luck and don't forget to do a good warm up also 💪🏼

Terrible advice. Its the same workout, done with a band or weights option to cater for both groups of people. No need at all to do both.

@@nh2201 well terrible for you maybe. For those who need more than 20min it can be a good start. After dumbbells it was a good strech out for me using resistance bands. I had choose both and I like it. I'm Not saying it's must do or something.But of course its an option and 1 workout can be enough.
