Amy, this workout was amazing. The blocks of 4, 5 and 6 minutes go fast, but the whole workout seems to be more challenging, but because you have to concentrate and follow your moves, you don't really realise how demanding it is. Excellent workout. It would be great if you could create more like this. Thank you, as always.

Ok so circuit 1 took me by surprise because we just jumped right in with some inchworms and never looked back WUT JUST HAPPENED 😂 I was so sweaty by the time we reached the planks that my forearms were sliding off the mat. Sorry not sorry that was flippin’ cool to me! I was able to do 95% of the bonus round moves and that is my biggest accomplishment. You got me here, Amy, and I’m so thankful for your encouragement and guidance.

I'm 37 and tonight I just touched my toes for the first time in my life without bending my knees! I started with last month's challenge, and I'm doing this month as well. I'm lifting 5kg dumbbells (which is really heavy for me😅) and I've seen so many changes in my body in the last 5 weeks. I'm more flexible, I'm definitely stronger, and I'm doing exercises I haven't been able to do since my 20s. Thank you so much Amy, I'm so excited 🎉🎉🎉

Omg...I love this format of the blocks in add on style with varrying 4-5 minute time frames and it's perfect how we eased into it with mobility first!! Every move felt great and totally left me energized ⚡⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! Now on my favorite list!!! 👍🙌🙌😊

Love how you challenge me with so much variety! Love the adding on and I think the blocks were just right, I love to just pull through. This workout went by very fast. I also challenged myself trying to stick to my two 7 kg dumbbells, but I was glad that I had the lighter ones to switch to when necessesary. Thanks Amy!💞

I loved this format!! It did seem confusing at first but once you were going it was easy to follow along with. It felt more like a flow than like circuits, and I think the flow helped me continue with heavier weights than I normally would have--I didn't have time to doubt myself and go lower. And I stuck it out with the heavier ones! Thanks for helping me regain my confidence after a couple weeks of being off my game.
