This format was great. I honestly don’t know how you keep coming up with ways to make the workouts feel new and different. Thank you! Thank you! I need the workouts to be like this, or I get bored and demotivated. This one went by fast. It was challenging and I loved it. My leg muscles were shaking and twitching after that workout. I’m really going to need tomorrow’s mobility workout. 😅

Yes this workout went by fast, I think because it didn't have repeated sets, and as an older woman I loved the simplicity of the moves (fast compound moves can lead to strains now that I'm no longer a spring chicken). I love your channel because you talk us through the moves rather than just playing music, and because you do a true warmup (too many other channels do something like 50 squats and call that a warm-up - that's not a warm-up, that's a workout ha ha!). Keep up the great work. :)

I've been sick this month, so I'm just now getting back into exercise and working my way through some of these workouts that I missed. I have to admit, I really hate not having a timer, but this was still a great workout, and it did go by fast. Thanks, Amy!

Back to Basics can be more challenging than the compound moves. Is this like superset? I love working on endurance even if I have rest between muscle groups. Can barely type, my hands are shaking, ha ha

This was great! I've had surgeries on my tum so plank stuff is nearly impossible. I always have to accommodate. Today I feel like I got a great workout with my core and was able to do it all! This is a new favorite.

There will be some sore muscles tomorrow! loved it, used my 15lbs for most, 10lbs for the overheads, tris and flys. went by fast. love the back to basics, the pulses are killer.

The burn 🔥 was really real in this muscle endurance workout, and it felt great to have the mobility moves in between to give some relief to the muscles. The circuits did seem a little long, but that was because we were working hard!!! Loved putting everything together in the final "bonus" circuit!!! Awesome burn 🔥 today!!! 👍👐👐!!!!!

That was definitely challenging, in a good way! I’ve been trying to go heavier for my lower body so I went heavy but just switched the lighter as needed for the upper moves as required!

This was a great selection of moves that really challenged my stamina. I tried to go heavy when I could, so I appreciated the queues for which weights to select (and had lighter weights nearby when I was fatigued.) I like the change-up of counted reps vs timed intervals, I always try to get the same number of reps on each side anyway. Thanks @Amy!

The time really did go quick! I got a bit lost mainly because sometimes I keep my head down and I miss when the move has changed

I was really not looking forward to this workout because I assumed I wouldn't get my heartrate up much with a bunch of pulses or holds, but this one was great. It moved so fast because I had to pay attention to when to change the move and I really felt a burn with the duration :)
