What’s up warriors!
Here’s a great full-body workout using just a pair of dumbbells. Your job today is to complete 2 sets per exercise. The rep and rest count is titled in the video. Remember to have good form and not go too fast because there are 11 exercises and some are harder than others.
Overall it’s such a great workout to shred up burn fat and build functional strength. Thanks to my bro @scottmathison4147

Just did this. Only a 25lb. But i did the entire workout. I’ve been bodybuilding for a decade now and in the military for 16 years. And this by far is the hardest workout I’ve ever done.

In case you need the breakdown of their AWESOME Workout in PRINT also: 11 exercises/ 2 sets 1. Warm up - DB Core Slide 1min 2. DB pushup to bodyweight pushup 20 reps| 2 sets | 30sec break 3. DB Plank Taps 30 taps | 2 sets | 30 secs break 4. Seated Windshield Wiper 45 secs | 2 sets | 30secs break 5. DB Snatch to Pushup 14 reps | 2 sets | 1 min break 6. Totally! Today is my first day out of the gym as I am quarantining myself and I used two 5-gallon jugs with handles and did all sorts of crap. Followed up with a 15 minute brisk run. I do live kind of in the middle of nowhere so there were no people around. I do have some dumbbells and I'm going to hit this on Thursday morning. Thanks guys!

You will grow your business and people will love your workouts. I already love all the energy you have put down to even create this 11 exercise mini series. It’s all hard work. And even if you decide to do it all free...I still think people will enjoy doing 30-45 minute workouts and love following you and enjoy how along with them you also struggle. Enjoy.

Mike, been following you since you began your wellness journey. Big kudos on the macro improvements. New to Scott but have checked out his training methods also, you guys this is a killer hiit type workout. Only did 1 set/ 1 round the other day, too sore hah! Just did it again doing full 2 sets and I'm totally psyched b/c the pump with just one set was amazing. 2 weeks out from a big surf trip and this will def improve my vo2. Not big on running and no pool available to swim so thanks to you both for this workout!!
