Pick 3 dumbbell shoulder exercises out of the 5 below.
Arnold Shoulder Press.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise.
Dumbbell Front Raise.
Dumbbell Upright Rows.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
Do these exercises in the 8-12 rep range.
When you do 3 exercises back to back to back that equals one set.
Do 3-4 sets of this workout.
Do not do this workout more than 2 times a week.
Make sure you get at least 2-3 days of rest in between workout days.
