MY VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING CHANNEL

This is a great home shoulder workout with dumbbells.
Pick 3 dumbbell shoulder exercises out of the 5 below.
Arnold Shoulder Press.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise.
Dumbbell Front Raise.
Dumbbell Upright Rows.
Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
Do these exercises in the 8-12 rep range.
When you do 3 exercises back to back to back that equals one set.
Do 3-4 sets of this workout.
Do not do this workout more than 2 times a week.
Make sure you get at least 2-3 days of rest in between workout days.

Hey bro, your videos are not only hugely educational but they also motivate me a lot. I need your advice on 1 aspect. I've started exercising only recently. I want to know that if I work on my arms on a particular day, can I go for the chest the next day? I workout at home using dumbbells. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks in advance. :)

Prabhu Mittal When you train your chest, usually you can't help training your arms as well. If you have done a tough arms workout the day before, then don't. I prefer to train Arms, Shoulders, Chest and Back the same day and give em hell.

I've been doing Muay Thai classes that's almost 2-3 hours of intense training (kicking bags etc.) for a few weeks and I will try do this after my daily training at home. Maks, What's your diet like? calorie wise and ratio? Ie 40 percent 40 percent 20 percent fat as an example. and is it true keeping carbs low (ketosis) or just staying away from them in total makes you lean? thanks man. Keep up the great work.

I've been doing the shoulder press ( standing ) for months and now i can see that only my left deltoid has grown well and the right hasn't grown as good as the left one.. so practically, they are uneven.. Even when im doing the shoulder press, i can particularly feel the left deltoid paining and burning well than the right one ( this has been the case with the whole of my right arm.. ) .. What am i supposed to do now to make the right deltoid grow as good as the left one? I always had the feeling that my left arm is growing pretty well than the right arm ( all. bi, tri, deltoid ) .. pls do help Thanks in advance!

AWESOME video!! Now just one question. I cant lift a lot of weight when doing my shoulders, especially when doing front raises and lateral raises. Is that normal? I can otherwise lift heavier weight.
