More great casserole options! Since it is just my husband and I, we use the smallest square foil pans from Dollar Tree to divide the casserole into smaller portions. We freeze all but one, and then we have a stash of casseroles ready to go. If the ingredients are already cooked, we freeze those uncooked, and add time if the dish is still frozen. It really is comforting to see our stacks of foil pans in the freezer!
