Traders in Falkirk have to pay £270 its not free in Scotland but yes if you are private individual its free but its tricky going in with van as they assume you are trade this is why i offload everything from my van into one of my Citroens, the recycling centres are gradually getting taken of us and more people are fly tipping as a result oh and the oh so wonderful Scottish government have passed a new law they can look in our bins,good video though very interesting, if I moved to Germanny I would carry on swearing also its very descriptive

They did the same thing in paisley, to stop commercial companies tipping they banned vans and trailer's so obviously fly tipping went crazy in the area, you can now book your van in by registering on line to drop off I think you need to prove your address, I'm really trying to cut out the swearing in videos It's not good, its bad for the KZbin algorithm, and it upsets a lot of people, I swear just as much in Germany, with luck my daughter hasn't picked it up

@@shugthehornyhaggis Fly tipping is going crazy here aswell, the reality is the government numpty politicians are only interested in one thing that two things money and power. Maybe you are right i find it hard not swearing

I toss 90 percent of the video I take in the bin because I'm swearing so much, I used to make a point about keeping it in, standing up for freedoms of speech, but really I just sound like a wee fanny that needs to grow up
