Paul, a suggestion for you, write a children’s book about a piano nobody wanted, but on the other side of town a little child couldn’t afford a piano, and how the piano was saved! And when the young pianist went to college she found another young person to love her piano and continue the saga! And how many scholarships that piano provided!

The item at the scrap yard is an aurger for loading grain bens, the bottom piece will rotate under the wagon, truck, or semi trailer receiving the grain. Your daughter is doing a great job.

Take it from an "old school" mom...don't be afraid to ask your kids to help you with specific tasks like raking the yard, washing dishes, doing laundry, etc. Ask and expect. You can't do it all. And, they need to know how to take care of around-the-house chores.😊

The racing bike frame is more likely to be Titanium rather than aluminium. My racing bike was Titanium, stronger than alloy, lighter than steel. Great video again, thanks for sharing 👍🏼❤️

I think it's aluminum because it was crazy light

@@ScrapPalletMan Which suggests it is Titanium, commonly used on high-end frames, because the metal is very light but immensely strong. If the frame were made from an Aluminium alloy such as Electron it would need to be cast very heavily or have very chunky welds to be strong enough and durable enough survive over time, adding noticeable weight. These days carbon fibre has replaced Titanium... An easy way to test is to touch it to a grindstone, etc. Titanium will give you white sparks but Aluminium won't spark at all. It's worth checking as Titanium scrap is around $0.35/pound 👍🏼

One day in the rain and that piano will neither look nor sound like that ever again. Such a shame, but that's what's happening with the old pianos. I got one to scrap and after all the work to dismantle and haul, I got a whopping $16 for it. Now there's another sitting in my yard and I'm letting nature do the work, lol.
