Love the Highlander. I almost finished the whole series. I've got a few episodes left at the very end. I've been implementing what I learned from him so far.

Adrian Paul actually wrote a chapter on honor for my book Secrets of the Martial Arts Masters. That was a very nice honor for me, as I am such a big Highlander fan!

@@BohdiSanders That is probably true for me too. The only other series I watched entirely is the one about Bruce Lee. I got about half way through Man in the High Castle and then got busy. Have you seen that series?

hello Mr. Bohdi Sanders, I want to tell you that I loved your book Modern Bushido and I love what you do in general, I have a question for you, I am a very shy and anxious person, what advice would you give me to overcome my fears? thank you so much 🙏

Salim - Thank you very much. Glad you enjoyed Modern Bushido! I am very quiet and an introvert myself. There is nothing wrong with being quiet and being an introvert, if that is your nature, but allowing fear to control you and make you that way is not acceptable. The best way to overcome any fear is to face it head on. If you have a fear of public speaking, force yourself to confront that fear by speaking in public, etc. Face your fears and you find out that you were afraid for no reason at all. The mind plays dirty tricks on us. As far as being anxious, what good is it? Tell me one good thing that worry accomplishes. There is nothing. Give up worrying this very moment! Worry does nothing but stress your mind, run down your immune system, and cause unnecessary mental issues. If you can control something, then act; if you can't control something, then what good does it do to worry about it? You get over being anxious by realizing this and then disciplining and taking control of your own mind. This takes some practice, just like every other skill, but can be done once you make your mind up. Hope this helps, Salim.

Hi sonny how are you man? That fighting routine it’s the Chinese “ Iron Claw” but in the picture we see it mixed with some respiratory exercise’s called Chi Kung. It’s a very powerful stuff. Hope I helped. Bye!
