If he’s in good shape he could be 1:44 mid, 1:43 is a stretch. Scott could maybe go a 1:43 high if he had the swim of his life. Even Agnel, someone who had a really good meet in 2012 only managed a 1:43 high and he’s got way more size than scott as well as faster closing speed
