On 991.2 GT3RS no, a 991.2 GT3RS does need a tune due to the ecu being confused at idle

is the 3rs intake on the side of the car? if so could i get a similar affect of hearing the intake like the gt4rs?

It does a little bit yes, the 4RS has the intake in the cabin so is way more prevalent. but you can hear the GT3RS with our carbon airbox much more so than stock. Especially with the Windows down!
