I never understood the scorn people have for "bubblegum" music. Bubblegum is a great, fun, harmless food. You can have steak and you can have bubblegum. You can have it as a kid and as an adult. And never under-estimate the buying power of young kids pocket money!

Alan Osmond, I know you're 12 yrs. older than I, who cares?! You are still a handsome man!

Why call Jimmy "The Runt of the Family"? That's just plain me am!!! Jimmy is the one that got the brothers back performing!!! He being the youngest is the most business savvy. Let's be grateful for what he's done. (That is...if you are a true Osmond Fan) All of these guys need the respect they deserve. Who else has lasted over 50 years performing as a family? Take a look at the other videos on KZbin and then you'll be able to appreciate them more than you ever thought. Especially Jimmy ("The Runt" as you call him) if not for him, they may have never performed to sold out crowds again.

Plus, Jimmy was the first of the family to have a #1 hit! I think he was 5 years old at the time and the hit was sung phonetically in Japanese. I'm impressed!

Well, for what it's worth, I never thought of Jimmy as a "runt." I still remember when he guest-hosted "Tonight" for Johnny Carson in the early or mid-70s. His showmanship was quite impressive. He also starred in the movie "The Great Brain."

No duh on the comment from Jimmy Osmond (aka the runt of the family regarding as long as they are successful fathers and marie a mom and they are successful in their relationships to each other) the rest is "moot" and icing on the cake.
