In this level you can make special weapons - sonic tanks and fighting airplanes. The advantage of sonic tank is that the wave is quite powerful and hits not only a specific target, but few more things in front or behind it in it's direction. However the armor is quite poor, so I prefer to use good old heavy tank and rocket launcher combination.
The plane on the other hand is handy, but only if you gather at least 5 of them. They are quick and when used as a group of at least 5, they can destroy practically anything with just one shot (each). Just do not send them against rocket launcher - it takes just one rocket to take the plane down and the launcher almost never misses.
