Just got the queen, it's not firm/thick enough and all the air moves next to me when I sleep. Can I inflate it manually somehow? Ideally they would be some joins to prevent areas your aren't laying on from pillowing out.

Hi there! You can increase the firmness of the mat, by using an airbed pump to inflate the mat further. You should take care when doing this to not over inflate the mat, causing damage to the seams, or ripping the material. If you still experience budging in the mat when sleeping on this, please take it to your local store for assessment.

Hi there, you need to start gently and slowly rolling up the bottom of the mattress to help push the air out of the valve. Once you have rolled it up, close the valve and then unroll the mattress.
