Terrific review. Amog the best I've seen. Been trawling around them all after witnessing one of the most epic cinematic experiences of my life. Twice. Soon to be an imax third. Read all the books, heard all the audio performances. Well done on your comprehension of the themes and your interpretation of the big screen adaptation. Subscribed. Really was an event more than a movie. A generational moviemaking landmark in the vein of Empire Strikes Back or the Rings trilogy. Awaiting the 6 hour director's cut DV is refusing to release, but hoping fan and studio pressure (promise of the third with a bottomless budget) makes him capitulate.

Can't wait to see AGAIN ! Absolutely Fricking Brilliant. After reading the books all those years ago, I never thought I would ever see this story captured on film like this . Just bloody brilliant 😃
