Is liking poetry uncommon or surprising ever?
@rickymartin445710 ай бұрын
@@antoniodominguezjr4734 I'd say yes. Depending on which people you surround yourself with, you may think it's normal, sure.

@rickymartin4457 yes, but actors have time to read and theater actors probably have more respect for poetry than TV or film actors
@rickymartin445710 ай бұрын
@@LindaC616 That's fair. Though don't forget, I don't know in Brolin's case, but a lot of film actors do have a theater background
@LindaC61610 ай бұрын
@rickymartin4457 sure, people like Brolin. But if you look at a gazillion others (Depp, Lohan, Pratt, Hemsworth, Swank) most of them aren't heavily involved in theater. Shakespeare is poetry, after all

Josh Brolin has aged like a fine wine, better and better as the years go on. He is not only a brilliant actor, but an incredibly charming and extremely funny guy. He is also unimaginably intelligent, well read and well spoken. I have watched inteviews of this guy and he will give the most thoughtful and thought provoking response to one question and the next have you rolling on the floor with laughter. Such a materclass of sharp wit and rugged relatability. Absolutely love this guy.

❤...."Don't shirk off the responsibility of your Art." God bless you, Stephen. James wasn't upset for Stephen saying that, these two men have an easy and extraodinary rapport. I really enjoy every visit he makes to the show because he is right down to earth, his sense of humour is fabulous. James is well grounded, as is Stephen; the genuine friendship and warmth they share is beautiful. I'd pay to go watch James and Stephen carry on for 90 minutes....somewhere that serves cocktails😊

To be a fly on the wall when these two are away from the cameras. You all know just how much they care for each other but they come at it completely their own way. The fact that they went to high five then shake all at the same time but in the end it all came together. Watch them again, it's so cool to be uncool.

This interview brought me back to the days of Johnny Carson and Burt Reynolds and their hilarious and mischievous repartee. Yes, I’m that old, but I began watching them as a kid and thanks to the magic of KZbin, I have the chance to watch them again. Actually, I’m just a few months older than Colbert. I was laughing out loud during this display of shenanigans by Stephen and Josh. Well done. 😂❤

I say this with the utmost respect... this might be the only time I've heard someone speak positively of the 80's Dune movie. That said, it's hard not to speak positively of Patrick Stewart. Incredible actor.
@dianewilliams112510 ай бұрын
@@Japan_of_Green_Gables I agree! I was nervous about who was going to play Duncan. In the 80s movie is was the worst actor ever! He looked nothing as he was described in the books. No shock of goat black hair,no height,no muscles, nothing! I know Herbert was being an advisor but he must have been asleep on that one. Jason is a better choice! Looking forward to seeing him as a ghola!
