If you rate the two clubs on comparative European records it's a no brainer - the Pars played significant names in Euro competitions like Anderlecht and Dinamo Zagreb , usually only beaten on the away goals rule - they knocked Everton out of the Fairs Cup and West Brom from the Cup Winners Cup. The Bairns one venture into Europe ended in defeat to a team from Lichenstein !!!

Hello Gregory, I actually want Falkirk to get promoted so I can see the derby next season. I see Falkirk play away at Queen of the South in Oct/Nov time last year and I was impressed with the amount of away Falkirk fans there were which is a fair old trip down to Dumfries.

Honestly, I thought it was all about hatred of Raith Rovers for Dunfermline Athletic. It’s worth seeing on Footy adventures film of a Dunfermline away goal at Falkirk; honestly it’s bonkers! The celebration looks amazing!!! Both these clubs have brilliant badges. It seemed to me Dunfermline were in the premier league for years!

I wasn't looking for this video, Matt. It just popped up. I'm a 'Derbyshire Par' as well as a 'Derbyshire Canary' and have actually managed to pop up a couple of times to East End Park in my time - against Morton on 21st March 1987 and against my older brother's adopted Scottish club, Aidrieonians, on 4th May 1996 for a memorable post-match promotion party all over the Auld Grey Toun. I'm glad the Pars won this contest, certainly taking into account the remarks on European-level competition by @MACONE Scotland Another possible fierce local rival to the Pars could be Raith Rovers, whose Stark's Park I dropped by for a bit of a laugh during my last visit. Not a patch on East End Park! Noting that you've been to Portman Road when are you going to Carrow Road for an 'Old Farm Derby' club comparison? Taking into consideration the fact that you've been to my home city stadium, Pride Park I dare say that for my Rams'-supporting brother an 'A 52/Brian Clough Derby' club comparison with the City Ground would be fascinating. Oh, I know that KZbin itself is all part of today's online world, but what is comparing clubs on the basis of social media presence all about, if you don't mind my saying? What has it got to do with real football?

Thanks Christopher for your comments. I will be visiting Carrow Road sooner rather than later as I have a friend who lives in Norwich. Doing a 'Who's Bigger' for Norwich v Ipswich and Nottm Forest v Derby would be interesting, I will elevate them up my list. Regarding the social media following, it was suggested to me via a comment from another earlier video, about judging the size and the following of a club online and we do now live in a digital age. The rounds are fluid, so any new suggestions would be gratefully received!

Failkirk second best again! Pars on their way back up to where they belong the top league. Scotland has the biggest average attendance per head of population in Europe, Dunfermline has the biggest support per head of population in Scotland. Nothing can beat pride in your local club something rangers and celtic fans will never have despite all their silverware.

You can count that on your extra finger. We've been denied promotion twice which would score us more if we were promoted. There celebrating league 1 like it's the European cup. We're going for scottish cup this year. Syd puddefoot world transfer record, west ham to Falkirk the only team in Britain to break world transfer record. Stadium capacity means nothing if there average attendance is 30 folk more than us. We're the bigger club easy, look at scottish semi final in 2009 against them we wipe the floor with them and more of a support.

This is the worst period in the clubs history. Look where man city were 20 years ago. Leeds Utd took 18 years to get back to premier league. That doesn't make us a small team, judging a team when they're at their lowest doesn't make them a small team. We've been in 3rd tier of scottish football for 4 years in the middle of a living crisis where money is scarce and poverty is on the rise and we still get 4k supporters everyweek. That is dedication. 💙💙💙💙 COYB
