I vaguely remember playing HS in 2015, back then each deck used to contains 1-2 chump cards which is usually a legendary minion with a powerful battlecry/effect, successfully summoned that minion often signaled the defeat of the opponent in a few turns, or when someone set up a board of high stats minions and it get cleared more than once, that would be an instant concede as your deck contains only trash now. Fast forward to 2024, a meta deck contains at least 5 chump cards with greatly power-creeped effects and it’s also possible to summon them as soon as turn 4. Not only that, from turn 6 onwards, a player can magically summon a full board of powerful minions and it’s just as much possible to clear them on the same turn, then full board again, clear again, full board again, clear again and somehow the game is still very winnable for the player whose board just got cleared 5 times in a row
