I tried it last night. The first one was quite salty because I was mistaken about the Black Bean with Black Bean Sauce. So, my second trial, I used Black Bean Sauce while skipped the Oyster sauce. The results: Absolutely delicious. Thanks, Greg. Can't wait until my order of the X72 Wok kit comes in. Jimmy Truong
