Dungeon Defenders - Installing a Gamepad Emulator

I've changed my keybinds since this video. I recommend the following changes to the UDKInput.ini file. These will make M drop mana and G activate the crystal. "XboxTypeS_B",Command="DropAllMana" "XboxTypeS_Back",Command="ActivateCrystal"

So I have fixed my problem, I deleted the folders the mods need to be put into and verified to get all the original content back, I then used Planes emulator the one updated for 8.4, it's alot different from this emulator but gets the job done nicely none the less (also in her version it's impossible to delete chars through the emulator) thanks for pointing me in all the right directions to figure this out, still couldn't get the emu you use to work for me, but planes is confirmed working for windows 10 at least for me :)

Any chance you could post the link to it so I can add it to the guide? I'm figuring it's this dungeondefenders.com/1/topic/142547/?scrollTo=1261603&page=1#1261603 but I thought it was the same as Acen's (pretty sure Acen is ddace who posted just below Plane).

yeah it was from this post that I got it working, I tried Acen's but it just wouldn't work, as soon as I tried this one though it worked perfectly and I had done it the same way as the others, so I'm not 100% sure why planes works but Acen's wouldn't 0.0

Btw what stats is needed for moonbase nightmare hardcore survival mode

Depends how many waves you wanna go. I would recommend at least 2-3k in each stat to start. It might be easier if you go with king's game first to get a few ult pieces. That requires less stats.

I wanna have a emulator that can use tower boost and can damage and can hero boost

Doesn't seem to want to work for me. I've follow this video but when i do f2 O it does nothing

Did you install the one from wat or Acen? They have different keybinds. I use wat's emulator. Also, did you make sure you were in fullscreen when starting the game?

I downloaded the Xinput document and drag and dropped it into the Win34 folder but still doesn't want to work. yes i went in configure and unticked and reticked saved and launched but doesnt want to work. Idk whats wrong with it

I'd really like to know why it doesn't work for you. If you're using wat's emulator in fullscreen mode without -nosplash then it should work. You could try Acen's emulator, but it has different keybinds and requires 3 files. If all else fails try reading over Mambo's emulator guide steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1304225069

Hey, I installed wat's Emu and when I press F2-4 and then O nothing happens for me as well, is this confirmed working for the newest of patches? I'm assuming yes since you replied to this just 1 week ago. I followed this video perfectly (checked and rechecked) have it put into the win32 folder, went and created the keybind for activating the crystal per your instructions(also made it read only), then went into the config startup option made sure full screen was checked applied it and started up the game and when I press F2 and then O nothing happens, is it due to O being a hotkey already for toggling spawn count plaques above the doors you think? Also I tried the above mentioned advice for turning off the controller assistance and still hasn't helped.

Delete the files (xinput.dll) and anything else you changed (UDKInput/etc). Then verify your game files.
