Welcome back, Jess! Great job y'all. Well done picking up this not-so-new great game. And now you got me in the mood to pick up Dungeon Petz from the shelf and finally use the promo Petz I bought in Essen 2(!) years ago :)

Fun stream! Great to see Jess again. It is awesome how many of us enjoy watching other people play games. Keep it up, All!

Regarding worker placement games, there's two major categories. Soft blocking vs Hard blocking. Soft blocking games are like Tzolk'in or Anachrony, where getting blocked usually leaves another less-optimal way to progress towards your goal. Then there's hard blocking games like Lords of Waterdeep or Dungeon Petz, where if you get blocked, you're just out of luck and have to sit there and suffer. I love the former, and have a strong dislike of the latter (for most of the reasons Jess said).

I dont understand Jess' bad player experience Jackie blocking her, not a problem. Her kids blocking her, not a problem. Edward blocking her, even though it was the right play for him and had nothing to do with her, made her angry?

Dude it's her opinion on the game, you don't need to get personal about it, it's people like you that make people not want to be on the stream. It's a perfectly reasonable opinion too, It's a relationship thing, my wife and I are the same way. Hard blocking games bring that out. Go pound sand. Loved seeing you back on the stream Jess, hope to see more!
