Same, but while I can't pull all-nighters and the like as I could in my younger days, I have been hitting the treadmill and trying to watch my diet, so I feel like I'm doing better than I otherwise could be. Although the random muscle tweak while doing something mundane is quite familar. XD

As a gamer in my 50’s, who’s gamed since I was 12, in a group of other gamers mostly in their 50’s (54, 52, 51, and one who just turned 44), the bulk of this episode started to occur for me in my mid to late 40’s. I did start using time delayed pain medication in my late 30’s due to arthritis. That got me through my 40’s. These days I need CBD to deal with the constant pain, and an anti-inflammatory to deal specifically with the joint damage. This episode just reminded me why I enjoy playing characters without chronic pain that get a full 8 hours sleep daily.

I loved the "I cast malicious compliance!" That was gold! Also you get a kick out of knowing that in Benson Arizona, there is actually a real free x-ray day for anyone over 60 years old at the local hospital. It's mainly because the population is incredibly low yet almost everyone is over 50 years old. Yet ironically enough only about 100 people usually make it in for the free x-ray.

29 is when workouts started wiping me out for three days, and then when I got injuries, they’d never completely go away, just slowly accumulate all these aches and bubbles and clicks. You really start to feel like someone in a failing vessel, rather than a whole mental/physical being.
