Monty is such a kind DM: ~He voices the creature noises, despite having described them ~He encourages rollplaying, even making it cannon when Kelly took his time. ~ 1:38:26 he did not make Jill roll a d20 to see if her bowstring snaps, even after Veo admitted scratching at it with her cutting claws. ~He allows his players to call their shots when they get a killing blow.

These have such great re-watch value. It's been fun starting over again and catching things I missed the first time through. I really like that Sebastian chose Hypnotic Pattern as his third level spell and can't help but think he learned some aspect of it from staring down the Umber Hulk in the sewers.

im so glad this week audio has improved . now i can hear much better thankyou . hey another suggestion. when you guys show the battle map could you guys tilt your camera at a angel instead of going a straight top down. as the map is full of dull color and the mini is blend in i hardly can tell who and where they are. perhaps some color indication at the ring of the mini base, so i would know at least whos color is where. as the color of the mini is a-little dull to catch up on a top down view. Or could you add a spot light from a angel to cast showdown on your terrain so its easier to tell. you guys are surely improving as i saw the interaction in the comment section

Hypnotic Pattern is one of the best spells in 5E. If you're a Bard with an Instrument of the Bards, it's borderline broken. I say that as a person playing a 16th level Bard with an Instrument of the Bards. As a person who does a lot of DMing, I occasionally find myself pulling my punches in combat when I DM, but this is the first character where I've started pulling my punches as a PC, since I can flat-out shut down a lot of the encounters our DM presents with that spell, so I generally keep it as a backup plan instead of leading with it every fight.

@@DungeonDudes happens to the best of us. Well i was in luck when i forgot my characters fathers name. Because it was very well in character^^ a paladin of sorts. Of sorts means yeah mechanically he is a paladin, but definitely without the vigor. I admit he was created around the idea "how do i get the magic initiate sorcerer to make sense?". SO he was a farmers youngest son. And things happened. usually harmless things but startling things like green flames around whatever he held in his hand when he was angry, the village kids ending up with blisters on their hands after taunting him. Stuff like that that made him very unwelcome and definitely also sullied his fathers reputation. When paladins came to his farm for provisions he packed Mika on top. Maybe they can use that cursed brat. The skull is empty but he at least has two good arms and paladins know how to deal with curses like magic, right? So Mika ended in the "care" of the order and at least he learned to keep his sorcerers blood in check. He has his two cantrips one being his trade mark "green flame blade" (things in his hand having green flames around them) booming blade and just in case shield . And well the campaign was set in the small town "storm harbor" just a walk away from Mikas farm. And the cheapest inn is close to the farm. So you can imagine this was a truly tear jerking family reunion with the son nonchalantly acting like he forgot his own fathers name (well i literally did). SO tear jerking it almost started a bar fight.

One thing I have to mention right at the beginning - I like the tabletopaudio music use, it does make the listening smoother, but could you maybe diversify the tracks a little more? So far there's been two "calm" tracks, River Town and one I haven't matched yet, and I think it was Clash of Kings for the combat encounter last time. They're great by themselves, but I just find myself getting weary from these same tracks eight 2.5-hour episodes in. If those are the same you play right there in your room, it's all good then, but if they're added in post, I'd love it if you could mix in a couple more tunes at least.
