When I make the iced drinks at Dunkin. I like to stir the drinks first without iced before i put the iced in there. My customers be glad to have their iced drinks the right way.

I use to work at dunkin Never do the espresso shots last, do the shot in a steaming pitcher while you are putting everything else in the cup, when the double shot is done then you pour it over the ice in a steaming pitcher so it's not melting your ice while you wait for the shot!!!

I see ur milk machine is wonky like my Dunkin machine, I fuhkin hate it when mfkrs on shift r watching me make drinks cuz when they see how I do it they ALWAYS be correcting me or telling me how I did something “tWiCe” when I allocate the appropriate pumps as well….cuz say I need a medium iced latte right, I’ll hit milk latte medium, then I’ll go milk latte SMALL to get me closest to the rim as possible and it be completing the gap of space nearly EVERY TIME w/o fail, same w macchiatos! Say a mfkr wants a large iced macchiato, I’ll hit milk macchiato large then when it stops (always without fail) leaving a decent gap of space that coincidentally a milk macchiato medium would fit I 👏🏻 DO 👏🏻 IT ….there never ever any complaints from customer or nun just mfkrs on shift wanting to over analyze how I work when at the end of the day the job gets done

I don't know who taught you how to prepare lattes that way, they are poorly prepared, you need some preparation classes, the macchiato are poorly prepared with the procedure that you prepare them
