I have the original Falcon Ultra and the Delci as well. The Falcon Ultra is my #1 single dd and I think it's the logical upgrade frome the Delci (unless you prefer to go the EA1000 route). Thank you for another great review! 👍

@@ReganCipher maybe try asking them. It seriously is one of my all time favorites. The cable is not great, but otherwise it really is awesome, on par with some kilobuck sets imo.

how much do you use them? Sorry for asking just wanted to check the durability of the mmcx connector. Also would appreciate it if you could share your experience watching movies or gaming with them. If you have tried them for that of course. Thanks in advance. Truly appreciate it

@@rezakaramollahi I haven't used my set for gaming or movies so I can't really comment on that. I don't have a problem with the MMCX connectors so far but I've stuck with the stock cable (don't really see a big reason to change it anyway since it's modular). Some people like to cable swap a lot so that might not be the best decision for long-term durability where MMCX is concerned (especially if they're just yanking it out). I've seen MMCX removal tools (sold separately, of course) fairly cheap but probably still better not to frequently change cables. I use my set semi frequently but rotate through quite a few iems I've accumulated over time. Some things I'm unsure about but I hope my answer helps to some extent.

By changing the ear pads to AZLA SednaEarfit Crystal , and by connecting the DAC SHANLING UA4 the stage has become wider and more voluminous. The effect of the presence has increased and I agree, the blue filter is the best .

I got the blue falcons, they are my best 1dd iem with the ea500lm being surprisingly close behind….just not nearly as comfortable. Listening to the mtv unplugged Alice In Chains sounds excellent on these things.

I actually ordered the S&S tips as an accessory. I ordered the large size which always fits me well and unfortunately they didn't work for me at all. I didn't get the necessary seal with them. Unfortunate because they look and feel great!

The original Dunu Falcon Ultra is not blue in color. The blue version came out a few years after the original. I actually have the original Dunu Falcon Ultra which is silver.

Oh really? I must have missed that. I remember the Falcon Pro being silver, but I always thought the Ultra debuted in blue. Thanks for the correction!

Yeah the pro was silver or gun metal. I also believe it was warmer sounding and a bit muddy. I haven’t tried it myself, but I think the falcon ultra just sounds excellent with the blue nozzle.

@@Hijynx87 outside of the color, the shell appears to be designed exactly the same, including the faceplate graphics. The Pro's also came with 3 interchangeable nozzles. Transparency, reference, atmospheric immersion. The Pro's also came with a modular cable. The Ultra's are most likely the spiritual successors to the Pro's.
