The biology department at my school is very difficult. They required all their students to take multiple courses in the sciences. Although I hear the grading is strict. At least the students will probably be able to find good careers after graduation.

Sir i am giving daily mock but my score is only 80-90 if i am not doing any thing or simply say any thing in that the score i reach is 80-90 . When i use to do serious practice my score is 80-90 even i had teach my friends to do this and that in teast .even my friends also scoring 120-130 . I really saw them practicing the test .i think that i am really good compare to them

Hello, So, there could be multiple reasons why your score is not moving up. Did you learn about each and every question type & how to answer them? You will have to understand each question type and not just that but also look at how you need to answer these questions to score high. I would recommend you watching my videos where I have shared the strategies on how to answer each and every question type. Lastly, I would strongly suggest you watch the practice test videos that I have upload and try to develop the answers that way I did. This will definitely help you edge up your score.

I have some questions. 1. Can I use loud speaker because I can't hear clearly in the listening test in my laptop. 2. Can I attach additional mouse ? Is it ok to use both mouse and touch pad ? 3. While giving practice test , my face is not shown in the screen. Only in the speaking test at the very last minute , my face pops up at the screen. Will the situation be same in the main test or my face will pop in the screen from the starting?

Hello, Yes, You can attach an external speaker in case your computer's/Laptop's speaker isn't clear enough. Yes, you can attach additional mouse but you cannot switch between them during the test. Be very careful about as it can lead to INVALIDATION. Use either the touch pad or external mouse for the entirety of test. No, your face will be visible right from the start of the test till the end. Unlike practice test where your face is visible only at the end (speaking task). Make sure that you are always within the window and your face is clearly visible. Also don't take off your eyes off the screen when you appear for certified test. Hello, Yes, you can use mobile hotspot to give the certified test. However, I would suggest you to use wired network as there are less chances of network issues during the test. Remember, if the test is interrupted from your side because of technical issues like network failure, then it may lead to test invalidation.

Hello, No, it is not recommended to speak while writing as DET team could find it suspicious. DET team advises to speak only when it is allowed to do so. So, I would recommend you doing the same.

Hello, 100 - 110 is a good score. To improve your score, learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary. Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex. Try forming your answer in the Intro+Main idea+conclusion for both speaking and writing answer. Basically, check out how I form the writing answer in my current and other practice test videos.

Hi sir I am getting 105-115 continuously.my writing was good with some synonyms but iam not using complex sentences and linking words.if I use these can I get good score. My speaking was average does speaking impact a lot in scoring criteria.

Hello, Yes, learn few linking words as adding them in a sentence could help you make them complex. Yes, average speaking should be good, and it depends on your score that you want to achieve.

Hello, Score of 110 - 120 is good in practice test. However, you need to understand that the score in practice test does not guarantee you the same score in certified test. Practice test are just meant for students to understand the test pattern. Secondly, scores in practice test also helps you to understand that if you perform the same on certified test, there are high chances that you will achieve the score in that range. In your case, score of 130 completely depends on how well you perform on your certified test. My suggestion would be for you to feel confident and ready. Once you think that you have practiced enough, you can then come on to the decision to appear for your test. Hope that helps.

Sir I already took 2 test. First I scored 100 then 105. I need 110+ what can I do now?? 😪😪 i have very limited time.

Hello, 105 is a decent score and to achieve 110 you'll have to encorporate below changes in answers for every sections. Mainly students face issues with achieving good production score. In that case, make sure you understand the writing and speaking question. Secondly, make sure that you answer what is being asked. For example, if there are 3 sub question in a question, make sure that you are answering them specifically at first. Learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary. Hello, 115 is a good score. To improve writing, you need to make sure that you follow the structure of Intro + main idea + conclusion. Synonyms are really important, as that helps DET team to understand that you know wide range of words. Lastly, there is a video coming soon on how to increase your score in writing task.

Hello, Yes it's totally on you on which results you want to share with the college. You can share the one with 125 that you got on the first one if you score less in second attempt. Hope that helps

Hello, The practice test score cannot be used to judge if you will score the same in certified test. The actual score completely depends on how well you answer the questions on certified test.

Hello, Score of 60-70 needs a bit of work to move it ahead. I would suggest you to first get familiar with the test pattern. Then start practicing each and every question type separately before appearing for entire practice test. This will help you to understand how to approach different question type. Additionally, start reading books to understand the formulation of sentences. Hope that helps.

Hello, I think there are lot of factors that could affect your score. Just writing like what I am writing won't necessarily help you score 145 or 150 in practice test. You need to make sure that you are making less errors during your speaking and rest of the question types. AI that assesses the practice test is same for everyone and it corrects the test the same way for all the question that it receives.

@@LearnwithNikunj Most of my points are relevant to the question but I shutter or pause while speaking but What should I do man? I am an introvert person and because of that I feel anxious while speaking. The fill in the blanks questions are also tricky....

So, I would say that this is a common issue that many students face. The only way how you can overcome this is by including speaking in English regularly. The results won't come in a week or so, you'll have to speak as much as possible. It doesn't matter if you are making mistake. The point here is for you to get comfortable with language. The video for fill in the blanks with strategies is coming out soon.

Hello, Achieving 95+ shouldn't be very complicated. Just answer all the section based on your skills. I am pretty sure you'll score 95 with that.

@@navneetk14 No you can do as many questions you want , but to use their fancy features like ai suggestions for improving vocabs will be restricted once your credits are over. Moreover, that's the only helpful website which I found bug free and user friendly.

Hello, So, the range of 110 to 120 is a good score. However, you need to understand that scores in practice test doesn't guarantee you the same score on certified test. They just give you an idea on how your performance should be in order to score between the same score range.

Hi, I wrote the test but they are not accepting my id i applied for passport but they are told to resumit the id i submitted 2 times but also didn't accept till how many days they will give time to display the result once my passport comes but it will take around 15-20 days

Hello, I think currently for students in India, they are only accepting passport as the Identification document. So, once you have the passport submitted to them, your result should be available to you within next 2 days.

Hello, 110-120 score in practice test denotes that if you perform on your certified test the way you did in practice test, there are high chances that you will score anywhere between 110 to 120. The score range on practice test just gives you an idea on how well you need to perform in order to score in that range. Hope that helps.

Hello, I think you can use the mobile internet to give your actual test. Just one thing to remember is that make sure that your mobile internet is reliable and doesn't break often. Because interruption of test due to network issues would be considered as your fault and may lead to invalidation.

@@amrinparisa1120 So, If there is technical issue from DET side, for example the common one that students face is the test interruption because of technical issue. In this scenario, DET allows another chance for free. Conversely, if there is some issue caused because of you like for example. Test interruption because of network issue or Invalidation because they some reason like someone helped you or you looking outside of screen for long period or any other reason because of YOU, then they won't give you another chance for free and you'll have to buy the test again.
