But you need to remember one important rule, do not switch between your external keyboard/Mouse and Laptop's keyboard/Mouse in the middle of the test as this can lead to invalidation. Also, I want to highlight that scores in practice test cannot be used to evaluate whether you'll score the same on your certified test.

Hello, There is timeline specified by DET onto when the results will reach the institution. But I believe it's an instant process and after 2 days of sending your result to the institution, you should follow up with the institution on whether they received it or not.

You should reach out to thier support team to get more understanding on this. And I would also recommend appealing the invalidation with proper explaination.
