Démonstration d'un duplicateur universel Viel DU-2 avec une fraise 5 pastilles Viel D-15-80-5. Tournage d'un morceau de cèdre de 1-3/4" x 36" avec un diamètre final de 5/8" sablé avec un grain 80.

1-Très beau travail j'aurais voulu voir la pièce qui a servi de gabarit le type de palpeur, se faire une idée de la fidélité de la copie 2-Je déconseille fortement l'usage de gants sur des machines tournantes ça augmente le risque de se faire happer plus que cela ne protège.

Is this available in English? I visited Viel's website ... not sure what I get when I order the DU-2, what other components I need [a grinder of course], whether I need to have a particular grinder in mind when ordering, and if I need to order a "carbide grinding wheel" from Viel, etc.

+Benny Hannah All description is available in English on our web site but unfortunately I don't have this video in English since it was made for a demo. The duplicator DU-2 does include a single carbide insert but not the carbide cutting wheel (D-15-80-5) nor the Makita grinder. As for the router, I've heard some client modifying their duplicator but I never tried it.

It's about 250 pound for the duplicator and where it hurts is the shipping... Around 85 pound

bonjour Louis! I am struggling with my DU-2 duplicator setup. In particular, where the cable is connected. I believe I am missing the part that holds the cable at the headstock end. I was just sent a replacement part, but I do not believe it is the proper part. Are you able to assist me with this? The instruction manual is difficult to interpret and does not include this step.
