Durametric Won't Open? Easy fix for crashing and opening problem

#Durametric for #Porsche is one of the most powerful and popular Porsche diagnostic packages available. Occasionally users may run into a bug where the Durametric 6 #software won't open, it doesn't do anything after you double click or run the app, or crashes on startup with "Durametric has encountered an error" or "Durametric has stopped working" . You're a life saver. Bought a new PC, tries switching off S mode Windows 11, upgraded to Pro and tried a Windows 10 virtual machine. Should have connected the cable. I don't know why Durametric don't mention this

Yes, plug in the USB interface and allow the drivers to install before opening the software. for Windows 7 and earlier you may need to download and run this driver installer: www.durametric.com/driverinstallation.msi

Hello. When you say connect the device before opening durametric do you mean the cable as i dont have any other device.
